Enriched Air Nitrox Diver

Dive longer! Dive Deeper! And Dive more!  Avid scuba divers take teh enriched air nitrox diver course because its benefits. If you go scuba diving a lot and don’t like the exhausted feeling you get after doing two dives, the nitrox course is good for you.  The higher percentages of oxygen in your air mix leave you feeling good and sometime even feeling rejuvenated after a dive. The Enriched Air Nitrox Diver certification is your first step in the direction of technical diving.

The goal of the Enriched Air Nitrox course is to teach students about the positive and negative effects of O2 on the body.  Your instructor will teach you how to choose the correct proper blend of air / nitrox for specific dive profiles, how to analyze your oxygen percentage, how to determine your maximum depth limit according to your specific nitrox mix, and how to set your dive computer for your nitrox dive profile.

THE FUN PART?

Becoming a Nitrox diver can be fun. Especially if you don’t know anything about partial pressures.  The most exciting part of this course is learning about the effects of nitrox, why it is used in scuba diving, how to calculate nitrox mix PPOs, and if you have the chance, diving with nitrox.
